Here are the answers to some of the most common questions we have been asked:

Where are your offices located?

The offices are all contained within a single floor professional building located at 13 Main Street in Downtown Bradley Beach, NJ. The office building is located at the southern end of town right on the border with Avon-by-the-Sea and across from Sylvan Lake.  We also have space in Downtown Toms River close to the Ocean County municipal buildings and conveniently located off Exit 82 on the GSP if you are looking for space a little further south.

What are the office sizes?

The office sizes are small and range from 100 to 150 square feet of private space.

Does the building have a reception area?

Yes, our building has a shared reception area with comfortable seating for four adults and speakers for streaming music.

What types of tenants occupy the building?

With its smaller office sizes and quiet environment, our offices are ideally suited for individual professionals such as therapists and counselors who currently account for the majority of our tenants. Other professions such as accounts, lawyers, insurance / real estate agents, tutors and even the work-from-home professional would all make great use of our spaces.

Is high-speed Internet available?

Yes, we include Internet service via a WiFi network for the office as well as a guest network for your clients to use in the reception area. There is no additional charge for Internet service.

Do you have an extra surcharge for utilities?

No, we do not. Your rent payment includes all utilities such as electric, heat, AC, water, garbage and Internet service.

What is parking like for myself and my clients?

Parking is never a problem at our building. We are located on the south end of Main Street very close to the border with Avon where there is always plenty of FREE on-street parking on Main Street as well as the numerous side streets. In addition, there is a free municipal parking lot directly behind the building next to the Bradley Beach tennis courts.

What are the lease terms?

Our lease terms can be flexibly tailored to meet your needs. We offer short-term, month-to-month and annual leases with renewal options.

A security deposit of 1 1/2 months is also required.

Is there exterior signage?

Yes, there is an exterior sign that can be lettered at the tenant’s expense.

Is there a security system?

Yes, the building has a security system and is under 24 hour surveillance.

Is there a separate break room and storage?

At this time there is no shared break room or storage area.

I operate a local business. Do you offer listings on BradleyBeachProfessionals.com?

Yes we do. Business listings for our tenants are free, of course. For other local businesses, we offer the following:

– simple text listings (with link to your website) $15 per year
– dedicated business listing page $45 per year

Is 24 hour access permitted?

Yes, the offices are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Because it is a small building with a limited number of tenants, everyone will have a key to the main entrance.
